I accidentally planted zephyr squash when I thought I was planting lemon cucumbers in my garden. I'm not a huge squash fan, but as I discovered last night, these are actually quite tasty (almost a teensy bit sweet) right off the vine when picked around 4". I've made stuffed zucchini boats before so looking for recipes or ideas outside of that particular option. Has anyone grown and used these in recipes?
