Why am I still getting these black streaks in my egg wash? (leading to white parts in my omelette)

I whisked pretty aggressively for like a minute or so, used a fork to break apart the yolk, and even added some drops of water. Still won't go away and when I end up cooking my omelette I get these white parts in it. https://imgur.com/a/q13IWY...
