Very eager to try this recipe for meat-stuffed apricots but I don’t have access to giant apricots. Peaches seem like the obvious choice, but then I was thinking maybe plums or nectarines would have firmer flesh. Stuffing is ground meat of choice, onions, nuts, raisins, herbs, ras el hanout, and a pomegranate molasses sauce.
