After visiting Istanbul, I have renewed interest in Mediterranean food. The other day I bought lentils from a Mediterranean market thinking I would make lentil soup, but the recipe I found called out brown lentils and I had bought green lentils. Today i went to a Farmers market and tried bulgar with caramelized onions that was delicious. Got me looking for that recipe and instead I found one that solves everything!
