I've always heard its best to buy a bottle of something you like the taste of instead of generic cooking wine. However, I'm someone who's never drank (and I have no desire to start) so what are some good indicators of a nice cooking wine besides taste? Price range? Other indicators? I tend to just stick to simple pan sauces if that helps. Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/Lachlynn [link] [comments]
