My work is doing a Cinco de Mayo potluck luncheon, and I signed up to bring black beans. I didn’t want to just show up with a plain can, so I figured I’d try making a more flavorful or traditional version instead. I’ve looked up a few recipes, but I’m not really sure which ones are actually authentic. I’d love any recommendations for a good, authentic black bean recipe (especially from people who know what they’re doing!). Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/TrueCrimeLady0620 [link] [comments]
