So my uncle randomly gave me this pan because my parents mentioned that I've been cooking more often. I appreciate the gesture, but I have a few problems. One, I cannot find a place to store this without getting rid of other things. And two (probably the most important), I legit have no idea what I would even use this for. I already have random stainless steel pots and pans that work perfectly fine for everything I make. I can't find an actual product page on the company website, and I don't even know if this is a good brand. But from what I understand, you can somehow steam with this pan? I don't know if the ridges are even high enough for that. And I don't really care about the grill or char lines on meat anyway. My third problem is that I was able to find some kind of care guide from the company for this cast iron stuff, and it genuinely seems like a pain in the ass to care and maintain something like this.
