I saw this post on twitter talking about a grape and prosciutto 'jazz salad' : CIA cafeteria complaints and wanted to know what the hell it is. But Jazz Salad is also (apparently and unsurprisingly) the name of a famous jazz album so it's nigh ungoogleable. In context, I don't think it's a specific salad made with Jazz apples either... so what is it? I'm Australian, so love putting 'inappropriate' meat or fruit in dishes (nectarine and prosciutto pasta?
