Help! So I was making a beef curry. I was toasting the curry paste, then I added the beef short ribs and coconut milk in. I accidentally put the stove on to medium strength as opposed to low (according to the instructions). So after an 2 hours, the beef is really chewy. Is there any way to save them? I was trying to put more water, and keep it super low (not sure how long I can do this for). This is the recipe I'm following.
