I'm trying to recreate a hot sauce as a wedding gift for my brother, but the company shut down so I can't even taste it to know what the final product is supposed to be. It's Hoff's Haus Sauce and while I have an idea of how to balance the ingredients and have had some German food it's obviously gonna pretty hard to hit the mark without having tasted it. If anyone knows of a recipe or even a different sauce that has a similar taste for me to use as a guide post I would deeply appreciate it. At this point I would even take just some detailed notes from a fellow cook/chef. Link to the store page below in case that helps. https://atlantagrillcompany.com/products/hoffs-haus-sauce?_su_rec=KapBgwRpNzHOn8m0O58hJq2AsE9aVuvkcRIxFAdVyQbtSL7babz2DybPDz6tEK8IQJ4mzWuLfcapOL00BRUYthuqlcOQ6kzAsSh4FvJLXwCkqyrNXr1msdcE_Uaz_J9grJLUpKA8xRDeRYz6rLL7_KJ7oAo0riAlErIBdeZvQnAj3X8jwEBOVJ-oH8DZSLB6hiRTonCBczmyKPFyGZN2U86cQDvZZ5n6P0vv3Z5rwDOb6RoHdx3Pc2DCXvSPAcqU2g&_su_rec_id=683a7e02-cb31-49ff-820d-d09a70b722d4-1788048754 submitted by /u/ADHD_Dinasaur [link] [comments]
