Its this 2-in-1 spray and dispenser one you must have seen before - https://www.target.com.au/p/45-ml-oil-spray-and-pour-bottle-anko/70549713 Tried dismantling the tubes and cleaning them with water, its not able to pull up and spray water either, I tries pressing it against my thumb/skin to make sure the vacuum is there and I do feel it, still I think its not strong enough to pull even water ? Kinda lost on what to try or do, other than throw otherwise good bottle and get a new one.
