I'm planning a 4 day (3 night) DIY retreat with a friend to help her work on life/career/college planning. We have a nice airbnb booked for a peaceful setting and will have a full kitchen. I'm looking for inspiration for a "spa menu" that will provide us with energy to focus and relax. Neither of us are good cooks, and I'm particularly bad at cooking meat. No food allergies or intolerances. I'm hoping to feel nourished, light, but also satisfied.
