I live in the balkans, and I stumbled across some thai curry paste and fish sauce. I want to make a thai-esque curry, but it's hard to find some ingredients like coconut milk. My original plan was to marinade some chicken breasts in a mixture of greekstyle yogurt and the curry paste, and then cook a curry as normal with onions, garlic, peppers, spinach, and carrots, but I'm curious to hear if anyone has a better plan submitted by /u/LIL_V_ONTHESCENE [link] [comments]
