So I LOVE LOVE Cantonese fried lobster with the chilis and garlic and the delicious batter. https://imgur.com/a/Eemasu4 Two questions: What is this dish actually called? When I Google for recipes I'm mostly getting ginger scallion lobster which is still delicious but not the same I have a package of fresh already cooked in shelled lobster meat. Is there any way to kind of mimic this recipe without using whole raw lobster? I'm afraid that I will overcook the lobster if I fry it. submitted by /u/speedoflife1 [link] [comments]
