I had a recipe I made a few times a while ago, it’s was a fire roasted tomato bisque recipe. For some reason I can’t find it. I’m just looking for something similar.
I had a recipe I made a few times a while ago, it’s was a fire roasted tomato bisque recipe. For some reason I can’t find it. I’m just looking for something similar. I remember that I had to put some type of tomatoes, carrots, and onions (maybe other things) in the oven to roast. And then everything went into the pot and the recipe suggested to use an immersion blender. I’m sure broth was required. I think it may have also called for Parmesan cheese. I don’t believe it called for heavy cream, but even if it did that’s fine, I’ll sub it out for Greek yogurt. I just really loved this recipe, and I’m always good about saving them. But if you know of one that sounds similar, and you know it’s good, please share with me! Edit: I think it may have also called for fire roasted red peppers, the kind you buy from jar. Edit 2: I’m going to add the ones that k find are close. Because I am still looking myself. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/jeff-mauro/roasted-tomato-bisque-recipe-2107644 https://www.foodandwine.com/fire-roasted-tomato-bisque-6411472 submitted by /u/Weak_Weird_5827 [link] [comments]
