Hi all. I’ve always wanted to treat myself to a “proper” set of knives and after doing some research and finding a clearance offer (£579 > £246) I purchased the above. Really like the Ash handles and I’m prepared to give them some love to make sure they are maintained. We have a 1* restaurant in my town and I was going to take them there to get advice on getting the perfect edge.
