I’ve come into a plethora of peeled lemons! Anything I can do with them/process them? I’ve got some varied kitchen equipment and a freezer. EDIT: Thank you for all the lively responses! I’ll keep checking back, I do read all of them! Lemon curd is def happening, it’s so expensive, and juice and preserves. Maybe limoncello too.
