Hi guys, do you know this Kaludon soup? https://imgur.com/a/2enl1xQ I love it. Like nothing else. It's so good. I really want to make it at home but don't really know where to start. I believe the ingredients are shiitake concentrate, soy sauce, dried algae, and radish, with added mushroom flakes and spring onions. Does anyone have a recipe similar to this? Do I just boil everything together? I do realize that it's an unhealthy instant soup so it probably contains a lot of salt, fats etc. I don't care. I will do anything to copy that exact taste.
