Apologies if this sounds dumb. I tried looking it up online but found contradictory answers. I am planning to make a turkey bean chilli this weekend along with some homemade corn bread. I looked through some recipes online and found one that doesn’t require me shopping for any fancy ingredients (Eg: creamed corn etc). It mostly requires all-purpose flour and yellow cornmeal. I already have the maize flour at home. I found the specific corn meal for cornbread on Amazon but I just want to be sure if they are absolutely different, so I don’t end up spending £8 for 500gm of cornmeal online.
