I have been a fan of their channel for a while and recently came across this short sharing their spice blend: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzVkMa3cWWU&list=WL&index=9 I tried to make it today, started with equal ratio everything. And the citric acid turned out to be overwhelming everything else. It's too sour, had to add salt and sugar to balance it out (for my taste).
