So my mum bought some whole, fresh paprika the other day. We've only ever used paprika as a dried and ground spice before. We're not too sure how to use them. How spicy are they? I've got a good tolerance for spice, but prefer to know what I'm getting into. What recipes can you suggest? Preferably something that isn't just "use it as a substitute for ground paprika", but highlights its value as a fresh vegetable. Edit: The pack says "Sivri", "hot pointed green pepper", and they were grown in Morocco. They look like these: https://bonvila.com/products/sivri-pepper (image is to help understand what they are; they were not bought from that store) submitted by /u/Emotional-Ebb8321 [link] [comments]
