This looks like an interesting product: "Garde DM38". https://www.webstaurantstore.com/garde-dm38-3-8-heavy-duty-table-mount-vegetable-dicer/181DM38.html It seems to ram the vegetable through a wire grid though, not a blade. Might work on something like onions that naturally fall to dices when sliced, but I were to use it for potatoes, it seems like it would just smush them.
