Recipe link Ingredients: - 3 slices garlic & herb pre-marinated pork loin (about 10–12 oz), cut into bite-sized cubes -8 oz pasta of choice - 1–2 tbsp butter - ¼ cup chicken broth (or white wine) - 1 cup heavy cream - ½–¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese - Black pepper, to taste - Pinch of thyme - 1tsp chopped parsley - Tiny pinch of rosemary - Red pepper flakes (optional) - Reserved pasta water, as needed Directions: - Sear the cubed pork over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan. - Cook the pasta according to package directions, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water before draining. - In the same pan, melt the butter and add the chicken broth, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom. - Stir in the heavy cream, then whisk in the Parmesan until smooth. - Season with black pepper, thyme, parsley, rosemary, and red pepper flakes, if using. - Add the cooked pasta and pork back to the pan, tossing everything together. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. - Serve with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
