First time chicken pot pie - homemade double crust as per Sally’s recipe below I tweaked a little bit: used a rotisserie chicken that I added last minute to the mix. Also, I prebaked rhe bottom for 10 minutes after the bottom crust has been in the fridge for 20 minutes.
