I've been finding myself making lasagna more than usual. A lot of work for many easy reheat meals. Plus my new thing is making my own lasagna pasta from scratch. Trying to be environmentally friendly since I can't recycle used lasagna pan tins. Obviously it's great for cooking, most of the with the lid off and the last 15-ish minutes off. And it's good for traveling if I bring one to a get together. Any opinions/thoughts on a stainless steel dish with lid?
