I am following a recipe to make blackberry ice cream. https://cookingwithcarlee.com/blackberry-ice-cream-made-by-mimi/ The recipe says to cook the berries with sugar and lemon juice and press through a mesh sieve to separate the seeds from the juice. I am only supposed to use the juice for the ice cream. I am left with a whole bunch of blackberry mushiness. Sure it has seeds in it, but it seems a shame to throw it away.
