Hi everyone! I have a bunch of Mexican ground duck chorizo that I’d love to use in pinwheels. I have puff pastry in the refrigerator that I just made, but I’m having trouble — strangely — finding a recipe that aligns with what I’m trying to do for oven temperature. Also would be happy to hear some ideas for anything else that I can mix in with the chorizo before rolling them up. I found one blog where the person was using Spanish chorizo and essentially put a honey mustard down first which I thought was interesting. I found another one with taco-seasoned ground beef where they first put down an egg wash to help the ground beef stick to the puff pastry. I’ve never made these before, so any advice appreciated!
