I've never cooked shrimp before but I've eaten it and have never seen these red spots before. Is this normal? I looked at this website https://rodaint.com/vannamei-glossary/shrimp-defects/ and it lists a red head as a bacteria problem due to improper freezing, but I've also seen people saying red spots appear due to stress.
