In hopes of making some veggie noodles I bought a julienne peeler. Was looking to try out multiple salad/noodle recipes which made use of the peeler for carrot, cucumbers, zucchini etc. I have tried multiple times now but it just doesn’t work - only the first 4-5 strokes work but then the vegetable becomes too wobbly in case of cucumbers it gets too watery and def doesn’t work on the core since it is all seeds and water.
