I have never liked oyster sauce until I recently tried this stuff. I can't find it anymore and I am losing my mind. Everyone says Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce is the best, but for whatever reason it does nothing for me. It's just kind of flat and sweet. Hamadaya brand was a bit smoky and complex.
