Independent tests revealed certain third-party pods delivering caffeine amounts far exceeding the standard 75 to 150 milligrams per serving. Consumers relying on these alternatives may unknowingly consume significantly higher doses of caffeine than expected. The findings highlight potential risks for those sensitive to stimulants or monitoring their intake.
